A major road accident has happened in Prayagraj today. 10 people have died in this accident while 19 people have been seriously injured. This major road accident has happened in Meja police station area of ​​​​Yamunanagar, Prayagraj. It is being told that at 3 o'clock late night, there was a fierce collision between a Bolero and a bus full of devotees going to Kumbh on Prayagraj-Mirzapur highway. In the accident, 10 people riding the Bolero died on the spot. All the bodies have been taken to Swaroop Rani Medical Hospital for post-mortem. Further process is still going on.

The people nearby informed the police about the accident, who took out the bodies with the help of a gas cutter and immediately sent the injured to the hospital. The bus was from Madhya Pradesh and the Bolero vehicle is said to be from Chhattisgarh. All the people riding in the Bolero were residents of Chhattisgarh.

According to the police, the incident happened around 3 o'clock late night. This accident happened on Prayagraj-Mirzapur highway. So far 10 people have died in this incident while 19 are reported to be injured. In this accident, the Bolero car has been completely damaged. It is being told that those who died in this accident were coming from Chhattisgarh to Prayagraj.

According to the police, devotees were coming from Korba district of Chhattisgarh to take bath in Sangam. A total of 19 people have been injured in the accident. Some people travelling in the bus are also included among the injured. All have been admitted to the hospital for treatment. All the devotees travelling in the bus are residents of Rajgarh district of Madhya Pradesh. DCP Yamunanagar Vivek Yadav has confirmed the road accident.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has taken cognizance of the road accident on Mirzapur-Prayagraj highway and has given necessary instructions to the officials. CM Yogi has expressed condolences to the bereaved families of the deceased. The Chief Minister has immediately taken the injured to the hospital and directed the district administration officials to provide them proper treatment. Along with this, wishes have also been expressed for the speedy recovery of the injured.
