A video of comedian Kunal Kamra surfaced on social media, which has created a ruckus in Maharashtra politics. In the video, Kunal has allegedly mocked Deputy CM Eknath Shinde without naming him. Shiv Sena workers got enraged after the video surfaced on Sunday. They reached The Unicontinental office in Mumbai late on Sunday night, it is being claimed that the video was shot here. Shiv Sena workers vandalized the place. Police have now registered a case against 20 people including Rahul Kanal of Shinde faction.

A case has been registered against comedian Kunal Kamra at MIDC police station in Mumbai. MIDC police station has registered a case under sections 353(1)(b), 353(2) and 356(2) of BNS. Shiv Sena MLA Murji Patel has registered a case at MIDC police station. Shiv Sena is demanding action against Kunal Kamra. Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske has said that he will not let Kunal roam not only in Maharashtra but all over India. At the same time, Aditya Thackeray and Sanjay Raut have targeted the state government while supporting Kunal.

Meanwhile, an FIR has been registered against Shiv Sena Yuva Sena (Shinde faction) general secretary Rahul Kanal and 19 others for vandalizing the Habitat stand-up comedy set yesterday. The FIR has been registered under various sections of the BNS and Maharashtra Police Act.

Shiv Sena workers on Sunday vandalized a hotel in Khar area of ​​Mumbai, where stand-up comedian Kunal Kamra's show was shot, in which he took a dig at Deputy Chief Minister Eknath Shinde through abusive words. The miscreants vandalized Hotel Unicontinental located in Khar area, where the show was shot and demanded an FIR against Kamra. According to a police officer, party workers reached the auditorium of the hotel after the video of Kamra's sarcasm against Shinde surfaced on social media.

This video was also posted by Shiv Sena (Ubatha) leader Sanjay Raut on 'X' and wrote, 'Kunal ka kamal.' Kamra had changed the lyrics of a song from the film 'Dil To Pagal Hai' to take a dig at Shinde.

Shiv Sena MP Naresh Mhaske warned Kamra that Shiv Sena workers will chase him across the country. He said in a video message, 'You will be forced to flee from India.' Mhaske alleged that Kamra has taken money from Shiv Sena (Ubatha) chief Uddhav Thackeray and is targeting Eknath Shinde. Attacking Thackeray, he said, 'His party has no one left, so it is hiring such people. Kamra will now know the consequences of criticizing Shinde.'

The MP also criticized Shiv Sena leader Sanjay Raut for broadcasting the video on 'X'. At the same time, Raut said in a post, "Kunal Kamra is a famous writer and stand-up comedian. Kunal made a parody song on the political scenario of Maharashtra, which angered the Shinde gang and then vandalized the studio." Shiv Sena MLA Murji Patel said that he would file an FIR against Kamra at the MIDC police station.
