The final was played at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad, where India delivered a commanding all-round performance to secure a huge victory and lift their third T20 World Cup trophy.
The Indian team’s powerful batting display followed by disciplined bowling completely outplayed New Zealand, turning the final into a one-sided contest in front of a packed stadium of more than 100,000 spectators.
